  4. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be randomly selected and announced on July 30, 2024, via our Instagram page. The winner will also be contacted directly via Instagram DM by @RouuBaby There is NO OTHER ACCOUNT that will message/DM people on behalf of Rouu Baby or Poppy Barley 
  5. Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.
